Question:
I recently found this pitcher and I immediately thought of Red Wing’s Lexington Rose shape. The handle (and obviously the pattern) is wrong, but I can’t help but think you might know who made this lovely pitcher! Thank you so very much for your help. I’m not usually stumped, but this one is! Alison

Answer: The shape of this pitcher has some similarities to the pitcher from the Concord line (of which Lexington was one pattern). But it definitely not a Red Wing pitcher or even a pitcher made from an old Red Wing mold. The handle is shaped differently, the spout is too short, the base is too narrow, and the bowl of the pitcher is bulbous rather than slender. Sorry but I have no idea who made this pitcher.
