Question:
I have a single piece of what I believe is Redwing dinnerware – Pink Spice Anniversary 1953. It is a rather odd shaped bowl with a Redwing mark on the back with (I think) 44B? Can you tell me the value? Cindy

Answer: Yes, the bowl in the photo is from the Pink Spice dinnerware pattern. It was one of six patterns made in Red Wing’s Anniversary shape. The number on the back is a lot or batch code, it does not help to identify the piece. Bowls in this shape were made in five sizes ranging from a small sauce dish to a large buffet bowl. Without knowing the dimensions I cannot identify the bowl. Value would range from $5 to to over $50 depending on the size and the condition of the bowl.
