Question:
This piece came with a family set of "Capistrano" dishes, but it doesn’t in any way match that pattern. I can only assume from my research that its Belle Kogan, maybe Tropicana only because of the form & colors. The bottom is a dark green. It is embossed "Red Wing Pottery U.S.A." but is faint. Dimensions at the corners are 13-1/2" x 8-1/2".

this is shape #1383, from around 1954. It could be a Kogan shape, but it sin’t attributed to her having designed it. There are a pair of candleholders that match this console bowl. Value is around 25.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
