Question:
I have a Red Wing vase, #416, medium pink with gray speckles. It is "fan-shaped", consisting of 5 tube-shaped forms. Inside, it is a gray color. It looks like perhaps it would be useful for larger flowers, such as gladiolas. Any idea of how old it is and its value? Sandra Haas
Answer: Sandra, The 416 is indeed considered a Gladiola vase. It came in three different sizes. The glaze is called Zephyr Pink, from the early fifties. Value is around $40-$50. Thanks, steve n rose
