Question:
I found a red wing usa 5033 piece in my parents old barn. 6" tall 3 1/2" dia. creamy yellow color pitcher shape. Looks like it was made to resemble a metal pitcher with 7 rivets up the one side. Has a squared off handle. Can you tell me anything about this? I believe it belonged to my grandmother who was born in the late 1800′s Hope

Please tell me the value, age, and anything else you can about my 10 gallon self draining jar. It has a barely visible 2 inch x-shaped crack in the side and 3 small chips in the bottom edge. Is it true that even hair-line cracks take the value down 50% ? Do chips take the value down that much too? Thanks. Mary
