Can you tell me the age of the piece I have enclosed pictures of? Also, how much should I sell it for at a yard sale? My great aunt had this piece in her home. She used it as an umbrella stand. It is 22" tall, the base is 91/2, and the top is 9 3/4". It is green with a dimpled finnish. There are several markings both on the top and bottom which can be seen in the pictures. I have a large 12 gallon crock, that measures about 19 to 22 inches tall (it is currently in storage). It has the number 12 with a bee sting below it. I am trying to find out if this is Red Wing. Red Wing’s numbering system is for the most part low to high, low numbers being from early production, to higher, later on. Some numbers were reused, so it’s not always true. I don’t recognise this as being a Red Wing product. Nice size and form, but I’m not sure who made it, wish I could be of more help. thanks, steve n rose

Hi Al, I submitted this a couple of weeks back and have not heard anything unless I missed it. What the heck is this that I have now come across??? It is bottom stamped and it has some weird mark on the front and you can see in the picture it looks to be about 1 gallon, salt glazed with the Minnesota stoneware stamp. what is it and what is the value? thank you!!!
