Question:I bought this teapot in a antique store. The tag said "Gold Teapot" There was no other information about it, but since I collect teapots, I bought it! There is no writing on it, no numbers, just a plain teapot that’s a little weird looking. It has a real sharp pointy spout and it feels like it weighs about 5 lbs, but I’m not sure of the exact weight, but it’s heavy! It also has a strange symbol on both sides. It looks to me like a the letter "H" written in cursive and the number "3" written backwards. I just want to know what type of teapot it is. Is it old? Is it worth something? Just wondering! Thank you for your time!

Question:I have a large (over 70 pieces) collection of 1800 -1910 blue spongeware (bowls, pitchers, plates, cups, mush cups and saucers, etc.) that I would like to sell. It would be terrific to sell as a collection or in pieces. I know the market is down, however, I assume there is still an inherent value to these items. Is there any suggestion as to how to go about this most efficiently? I tried eBay but had lackluster results. Any direction on this is greatly appreciated. The picture attached is only a portion of the collection and I also have brown Bennington ware from the early 20th Century to sell.
