Divided Tray, unmarked

Question:
I recently purchased this dish. While it isn’t marked, it certainly looks like Red Wing. It is over 12" long and about 6" across the widest part. It is glazed white, has ridges on the inside and is divided. I would appreciate any information you can provide. Thank you! Vickie

Answer: Hi Vickie, it does have the look, but it’s not Red Wing. think it is a chip & dip bowl, but I can’t say who made it. Sorry, wish we could be of more holp. thanks, steve n rose

Red Wing B2003

Question:
I have a red wing pottery vase, approx. 10" tall, deep red color, with a bird of paradise in gold on the front. It has B2003 on the bottom, and I can find no info on this piece. What can you tell me about when it was made, and what value it might have?

Answer: This is a piece from the Tropicana line, 1950. The gold may have been added later, I don’t think that’s from the factory. Still worth around 45.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

I have an umbrella stand and two matching dishes that have green with sand on outside and totally green on the inside. Please contact me back if you can help me out. Don’t have a picture as of right now, but could probably get one if needed. All three pieces are in excellent condition.

Question:
I own 2 P.C. Murray Jugs from Dubuque Iowa. The first jug is 1 gallon, with a crisp blue stencilling, mint. This is the same jug Larry has pictured in his book. My jug is not signed. The second jug is a pint size, I believe. It is in mint condition. Its advertising is stamped on. The bottom of the jug is signed Red Wing Stoneware. What is the value of my 2 jugs? My computer is getting fixed, I may be able to email a photo maybe next week when I get the computer back. If I could get pictures, can I email them to you prior to posting your responce? Thanks, Tom
