Question:
Hi, I have a 4 1/2" blue and white spongeware jug that says Red Wing 1990 Convention on the bottom, but according to all I read on the web the commemorative jug for 1990 was a brown shouldered jug with a wing on it. What do I have and does it have any value? Thank you for your help. Vicki Young

Capistrano Dinnerware Bowls
Question:
Hello! I have two pieces of Red Wing Pottery that are almost identical. They are small dishes, about 6 inches in diameter with a kind of lip or small handle on the right side. They are cream-colored with an image of a black and yellow bird holding a purple branch in its mouth, next to a green fruit, a brown pear, and red apple. There are yellow and gray leaves in the background. Each is stamped with the Red Wing pottery logo on the back. One dish is numbered 383 and the other is 211. I would love to know what year they are from and an estimated value. Thank you so much!

5 Gallon Salt Glaze Jug
Question:
Stoneware: I have a early 5gal. salt glazed blue dec.jug, and appears to be Red Wing. It has the scripted 5 designation, and the tornado or also known as the bee sting decoration. Has just some even patina use stain, all else in excellent condition. It does have a small capital "G" stamped near the base on the left side. Photo’s enclosed. Would like to know as much as you can tell me, and the general value? Thanks-Jim.
