Question:
I often find several chuncks and pieces of what looks like pottery on the banks of the Mississippi River in St. Paul, Mn. Do you know what the possible source of the pieces may be. Could it be from Red wing pottery that was disposed into the river? Please let me know if you have heard of this before and could help me find the source of these pieces. I have many gray on one side and dark brown or reddish brown or grey on other side. Also white pieces with small amount of red design. Thank you,
