3 gallon crock

Question:
I’m curious about the piece pictured. It is a salt glazed, 3 gallon crock with a gray exterior, brown interior, and cobalt lettering. The underneath of the lip and molded handles have a brown speckle to them. It’s not in perfect condition, as there are a few chips on the lip and a very small crack on the back side (superficial – does not go through.) Any idea on if it is Red Wing, the age, and possible value? Thanks! Nathan

10-gallon Red Wing Water Cooler

Question:
Al – I saw a recent posting where you said a 10-gallon Red Wing Water Cooler (if perfect) might be in the $500-$700 range. Today I saw one at an antique shop as follows. No cracks, chips or hairlines. Bright blue, bold lettering. However, the one flaw was that about half of one of the stoneware handle mounts (the back half) is broken off. Assuming the rest of the cooler is as I’ve described, how badly will that kill the market value? Since the back-half is the missing part of the handle, the cooler presents very well from the front. Thanks. Chris

Red Wing Sewer Pipe stamped John H Rich Sewer Pipe Works

Question:
I found this sewer pipe at an abandoned farm site while working. Saw that it was from Red Wing. Wondering what it might be worth. It is approximately 150lbs, 18" diameter, and has a few medium to large chips in it. There is a stamp on it and it reads, JOHN H. RICH SEWER PIPE WORKS. RED WING, MINN. Any information would be great. Thanks Jim
