Question:
I have a Rum Rill wine decanter, about 11" tall and 10" in diameter at the bottom and green in color. Marked RUM RILL 616. Can you tell me how old it is and what it might be worth? I was unable to take a picture of mine but found a picture of a similar decanter in a different color. What can you tell me about this decanter? Any value? Ehank you very much for any help you can offer.
Answer: It’s part of the vintage group, from the late thirties. There is a matching one, with the handle on the opposite side, left and right. The glaze is Pompeian, Antiqued Ivory. Value around 90.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose

I have a 12 gallon Red Wing crock with the Patent date of December 21st, 1915. There is no lid. Can you tell me the approximate value of this item?
I just picked up this piece of Redwing at a yard sale. It’s a cute little pot that is light green and is marked on the bottom REDWING 677 – 4 1/2" USA. Any idea of its value? I only paid a quarter!
My husband picked this up for $5.00 at a Church Sale. Can you tell us what it is worth? It says Minnesota Stoneware Co. Red Wing on the bottom, it stands 9.5 inches tall and 10 inches across, it is a chocolate brown on the inside and tan colored on the outside. It has a red blotch "wing?" on the back. It has one chip on the rim, a foundry flaw on the rim and the crack in the picture doesn’t go all the way through, just through the glazing. Thanks for your help. Julie
I would like help identifying this piece, the time period it was produced, the rarity/desirability of the item and range of possible value.
Hi, I have a piece that is marked "Red wing/ USA / 1277" It is a planter that is about 14 inches long and has the same pattern as #1278,1279, 1280. The finish is a turquoise crackle with a bronze interior. Any information would be helpful as I cannot find anything is any of the books on this planter. Thank you.
I have a 20 gallon salt glaze unmarked red wing crock I am interested in selling. The piece has a significant crack which goes through the whole wall of the crock on the back side. I realize that cracks effect the value of any piece. Can you tell me if there is any value to the piece I have mentioned? See photos. (for some reason I can only send one photo at at a time, I will submit another photo right after this one) Thanks, Selina
