Question:
I have a hamm’s beer bank. Saw the same one sell for over 400.00. However, mine had its foot broken then re-glued. What would it be worth. Thank you. Donny
ANswer: Hi Donny
Damaged or imperfect items usually sell for half price or less than perfect ones. thanks, steve n rose

Can you please tell me what I have and a value? Also why is my piece stamped on the bottom Minnesota Staneware Co. Red Wing and all other pieces I have found are not? Jon
I bought this crock at an Iowa farm auction about 1990. I would greatly appreciate any information you have regarding its production date and value. My best regards, Tim here is a close-up shot of the markings. Tim

I received two foot warmers that belonged to my grandmother. The stamp on the bottom says, "Red Wing Union Stoneware Co Red Wing MINN. They are glazed brown, have the original caps, and both have fluid in them since I’ve never opened either one. They are triangular in shape, and one has a small chip on it. My dad said that grandma used them when riding in the horse and buggy cart to keep their feet warm. I can’t find any pictures similar to what I have, so I’m wondering when they may have been made.
I’d like to know the history of this piece — pattern, date made, value. It is 8 inches tall, and about 5 inches across top. On the bottom embedded in the clay is says "1165 Red Wing USA". See picture attached. Judith
