Question:
Hi Rose n Steve! I have two Red Wing vases that I am curious about. The blue one is marked "Red Wing Pottery 1151" on the bottom, and the green one says "1360 Red Wing USA." They are both in excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. The green one does have some age crazing. Any information you can provide on age and value would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
Answer: Hello, the 1151 is from 1942, luster blue, and designed by Murphy. Nice deco look to it as well. Value around 60.00 or so. The 1360 is from around 1949. there is a "crackled" chartreuse listed for a glaze then, so it may not be crazed, just the way it’s supposed to be. value on it is 40.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
