Answer: I have seen your 5 gallon Red Wing drop 8 salt glaze crock on eBay. In Mint condition (unsigned) the value will be between $300 & $400. This is do to the stock market having such an impact on everything from homes to antiques. It is a very nice piece, but your selling time is not the best. End of summer and families are on vacation, school is starting and kids need supplies and new clothes and again the markets are having a negative affect on spending. If you had this piece on eBay at the end of February or 1st of March, you could expect an additional $100 on the price I just quoted. It is a very nice piece, so don’t just give it away. Al Kohlman
