HELLO, I HAVE A BEAUTIFUL PRINT THAT MAYBE IS WATERCOLORED BY A ARTIST NAMED chiu weng ’78 and it is of a gorgeouus peacock. on the back of frame it says from the academy arts in chicago division of intercraft industries syle#8728. do you think it is valuable??it is in a darkwood bamboo frame with a couple of mats in between. the print is 24wx33long. whole pic is 27w by 33 long. anthing will be appreciated by an answer. thanks in advance, mary.
