Question:
I have a 5 gallon crock with wooden handles held in place with screws through the pottery sides (formed with the holes on the bump outs) It has the 5 and a small , pale wing under that with the Redwing Potteries, Inc., Redwing ,Minnesota stamp. There is no glazing on the bottom and no patent marks or other marks on it. It is real? What would be the value? Terry
Answer: Terry, you have the later Red Wing 5 gallon crock that was produced between 1936 & 1947. With your crock being the later version and weak markings. the value is around $50 to $70. Al Kohlman
