I found a 30 gallon crock with a lid. Its in great condition holds water and with the handles in tack. I think the patent says December 21st 1915 but its kinda faded there. The lid has a petal type design. Im wondering If I found something worth selling and what it might be worth? Thanks Jim

Answer: Jim, I am afraid that the statement that it holes water, means little to nothing when we talk value. The price I am going to give you is for perfect condition. The 30 gallon crock $300 to $325. Lid is $300. Any cracks, hairlines and big chips and the value will bomb!!!!!!! Collectors want perfect. So look to see if there is any damage that I listed and if there is, you may need to cut those values in half or more depending on how bad the damage is. Al Kohlman
