I would like to know the value of the these items. Thanks! The item on the left is a 1 gallon ball top Red Wing Jug. Dome top. Few tiny bottom chips. RW3 bottom signed. I believe this is the actual jug pictured on page 21 of the Red Wing Stoneware Guide (the markings are identical). The item on the right is a 1 gallon North Star Wide Mouth Jug. Small flake on lip. NS1 bottom signed. I can’t tell for sure if this is the one pictured on page 21 of the Red Wing Stoneware Guide. Jill

Answer: Jill, both of these jugs are tough finds. However with the small imperfections and today’s economy, the values are down on these pieces. Your Red Wing Ball jug, $125 to $150. Norths Star wide mouth $375 to $425. Still great pieces and when the economy comes back, values should come back with it. Al Kohlman
