Question:
I have a 5-piece set of pottery – three graduated bowls, a covered casserole, and a "chocolate pot". The set is brown with a green band and was purchased in the 1930′s by my father for his mother. Some of the pieces are labeled "red wing USA", but others of the set do not have any markings. All the pieces are in factory condition. Do I have "real" Red Wing pottery? If so, what do you estimate the value of the set? Nancy
Answer: Nancy the bowls that are stamped Red Wing are real. Those which are stamped and in perfect condition sell between $30 & $40. Those not stamped $10 to $15. Al Kohlman
