Question:
I found 2 redwing crocks in my basement 1 of them is a 8 gallon perfect condition (no cracks etc.) no lid but it has the handles. The one I am really wondering about is the one I found inside of it. It looks like it could be a 4 or 5 gallon. it has blue stripes on top and bottom with disigns on it. it has a cork in the bottom. on the side it says success filter and a caption for best results on how to use it. I did not find a date on it but it does say redwing company on it. this is also perfect condition the cork does not even look like it was used. I am sorry I do not have a picture of it. I looked all over the internet and can’t find anything like it. If you think I really have something I could get a pic to you but I don’t know what it is worth. Carole

Answer: Carole, your 8 gallon Red Wing crock in perfect condition has a value in the area between $100 & $150 today. The 4 or 5 gallon Red Wing success filter has a value around $300 in perfect condition. Just so you know, there would be a bottom for this success filter along with a lid to make it complete. They are a pretty set when completed. Al Kohlman
