Question:
I have acquired a piece of red wing union stone ware co.# 4 miniature jug with handle.It has a 1/2 inch cork. Jug size is about 5 inches with a number 4 on top a red wing in the middle and a union stoneware stamp towards the bottom. Bottom has a blue round stamp Red Wing Stoneware co.Red Wing Minn. with a wing in center.Stamp is 3/4 inches.It is glazed with a white or clear .I checked the Redwing web site and found no other also ebay as well for any information. Answer: Dominique, your have a Reproduction mini jug and not a vintage piece of Red Wing. This mini jug was produced by the new Red Wing Stoneware Company. Not being a vintage piece of Red Wing, I have no idea of what the worth would be, but if there is value it would be very little. Al Kohlman
