I found a 5 lb. pantry jar with the original lid,it has a small red wing about(2) inch on it and two blue bands on top and bottom. The lid has 2 bands on the outer edge then 1 band up toward the center then 2 more bands in the center. It has a bar in the center. It also has a petal design around the bar. There are no cracks,chips or repair done to this piece. Color is good,the blue is sharp and the red wing is clear and sharp. When was this made and what is the value of this piece?
