Question:
I realize this picture is not good but I am hoping for some information on this butter churn that I have an opportunity to purchase. I was wondering if it is a Red Wing. It has a pretty long crack which can be seen in the picture. I do not believe the lid and paddle are original to it. They look too new. Stephanie
Answer: Stephanie, this 5 gallon salt glaze churn is not Red Wing, It could be Ohio. Also, with the hairline crack in the front, the value would be quite low. Al Kohlman
