Question:
I have a nesting bowl set of 6 in what I think is Saffronware with pink and blue bands. I found a picture of one on the Redwing Trading Post. Can you verify for me that it is what it says it is? Any information is appreciated. The size range of the bowls are from 4 inches to 9 inches. Thanks. Angela
Answer: Angela, your bowls are Red Wing. They are called Red & Blue banded bowls. They were manufactured in the 1930′s and came in sizes from 4" to 12". Hope this helps. Al Kohlman
