good afternoon i recently had someone tell me i had a red wing antique wondering if it is and a guesstame on the value. it is 16 inches high and is 14 inches across. thank you for any help given. Nathan

Answer: Nathan, Al is on vacation so I am filling in. You have a Red Wing salt glazed 8 gallon crock. The marking is called “rib cage”.   These are highly sought after by collectors. It would have been make in the late 1800’s.   In good condition a crock like this may sell for up to $2000.00 or possibly more.
