Question:
someone told me this crock was a Red Wing, salt glazed single "P" target from 1897-1900, and someone else told me that this was a "P" target with a "ribcage" 1897 or earlier, I can’t seem to find a picture on any website that has one of these crocks that look like mine, so I am unable to determine who is correct lol thanks for your time, have a great day! also the crock measures 12 1/2 inches accross the lid and 12 inches in height.

Answer: Your Red Wing crock is referred to as a "Salt Glaze P" I would have been manufactured anywhere between !867 & 1895. Hope this helps. Al Kohlman
