Question:
We recently purchased this set of 3 mini jugs. They are all in good condition – no chips or cracks. They are 5 1/2" tall. They all have an applied decal on the front that says "Lin-Gal" and paper labels on the backs that say "Shaving Lotion," "After Shaving Lotion," and "Men’s Talc." Manufactured for Lin-Gal in Minneapolis, MN. Did Red Wing manufacture the jugs? If so, what do you think their value is? Thanks!

Answer: Red Wing did manufacture these "Egyptian" type mini jugs. These do look like the Red Wing mini’s in the book. However, other mid-western stoneware companies produced these as well. Being so close to Red Wing, I would bet they are indeed Red Wing. Value would be between $90 & $100 each. Al Kohlman
