Hello, I recently bought what looks like a Red Wing crock, however the only mark on it is the #3 in blue.height is approx 15" x 10" (base dia) x 6" (mouth dia)It has a salt glaze with a mottled apearence and the interior is glazed brown. Any help and information would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Answer: Your 3 gallon preserve jar is not Red Wing. Do not know who may have manufactured it. Also, have no idea of what it’s value may be. Sorry I could not be of further help. Al Kohlman
