HI, Can you tell me if this 4 gallon salt glaze beehive jug was made by redwing? It is in mint condition with no cracks or no chips. Also, what would the value be? Thank you for your help

Answer: Your 4 gallon beehive could be Red Wing and it very well could be Western or even from Ohio. The decoration which is a lazy 8 target mark was used by all three companies. If I could see the back of the handle (at the bottom) where it attaches to the jug I would have a better idea if indeed it was Red Wing. However, this decoration on your jug would still carry a value between $300 & $500 depending on any damage or stains. The cleaner the piece the higher the value. Hope this helps. Al Kohlman
