Hello, I was told that this brown barrel pitcher is possibly Red Wing. It is 7 1/2" tall and 5 1/4" at it opening. It is unmarked and has a dry ring. If it is Red Wing would you know age and value? Thanks in advance for your help.
Answer: Your barrel pitcher is not Red Wing. Barrel pitchers were very common and every stoneware company in the nation produced them. I have not seen this style before and therefore have no idea who may have manufactured it. Sorry. Al Kohlman
