Question:
Hi, i have a jug that has a brown top and a tan bottom. on the bottem is a star that has N.O.R.T.H. on the points of the star. It is around 12 inches tall. The opening is about an inch at the top. Can you point me in the direction of where i can find some infromation on it, and what it is? And maybe a value range? Thanks, Ashley!!!

Answer: Ashley, I just answered a question very close to yours, so I am going to use the same information on yours. North Star began production in 1892, but fell into hard times and went out of business in 1896. A 1 gallon salt glazed North Star would have a value between $200 & $250. A 2 gallon (I would use a gallon milk jug filled with water and pour it into your jug to determine what size it is) North Star, has a value between $350 & $400. Al Kohlman
