Question:
I inherited a set of Bronze Magnolia dinnerware, it was probably purchased in the 1950′s although I am not sure.. service for 12 with many extra bowls, platters, salt and peppers etc.. can you give me any idea of its value and how to market it??? Linda

Answer: I can make a guess at the value of this collection, but it is impossible to place a value on "etc". If this is truly a full service for 12 (with three sizes of plates, three sizes of bowls, and cup & saucer for 12 people), the value for for the set as described is somewhere in the $200 to $300 range. That value assumes all pieces are in excellent, undamaged condition. The value could increase depending on the identity of the "etc" items, and the value will decrease if pieces are not in excellent condition.
