Ever seen one of these before? I bought it today at the State Fair Antique Show for $8. It has a chip on the back rim about 1/4" x 1/8". No other chips, cracks or crazing. Any idea what this might be worth? Thanks, Bret

Answer: I’ve previously seen two Country Garden pattern on Concord plates like this one. For $8 you made a very good purchase. Prices paid for sample plates like this can vary greatly, but I’d estimate this plate In excellent undamaged condition would be worth around $500, maybe more under the right conditions. With the chip on the back the value would be reduced by 25% or so.
