Question:
I have these three pieces of Delta Blue – a creamer, sugar and a larger piece. Can you tell me what the larger piece is called? I don’t have a lid for it. Also, can you give me an approximate value on the three pieces? Thanks, Leigh

Answer: The sugar and creamer are worth $75-100 if they are in excellent condition; any damage reduces the value significantly. The large piece is a 1 gallon coffee server. As you’ve noted it is missing the cover. It is also missing the black metal serving stand used to hold the coffee server. The stand has two X-shaped notches in which the protruding knobs of the coffee server rest; the server can then be tilted to pour coffee. The metal stand is not easy to find but they are available because the Village Green pattern also used the same stand. But the missing cover would be very difficult to replace. It’s tough to place a value on an incomplete item like this, but I’d estimate the pot by itself would be worth around $100 to a Delta Blue collector.
