Question:
This item sat in my grandmother’s house for as long as I can remember and she has been dead for nearly 50 years. The vase is 10 inches wide and approximately 9 inches tall. There is tiny red print on the bottom that says Red Wing with a mold number of 806. The only damage to the piece is a triangle that appears to have been cut rather than broken from the lip. Answer: this is shape #200, from the early 30′s. The glaze is called "nokomis", very desireable shape and glaze. The damage will hurt it’s value quite a bit. Still, it may bring around 150+. thanks, steve n rose
