This is for Al again. I am the lady with the 12" bowl. Did you look at the design on it? I believe it is suppose to be a band bowl. Not a sponge bowl. That is why I think it is a mistake and perhaps rare. Did a little research on the 12" sponge bowl and it was suppose to be a banded greyline bowl. They made a mistake and sponged it instead. Answer: Tina, I went back and looked at your bowl and you are correct. You bowl could have been Gray Line, or a blue & white shaded bowl but of course is all sponged. This is the first one like this that I have seen. I would say that your bowl is rare and the value would be most likely double of what I first quoted. Value is most likely in the area of $400.
