Question:
Al – Here’s another question on the 15 gallon Union Stoneware crock, with the ‘doubled’ twin birch leaves. I just saw one at an antique shop, in beautiful condition. There were no hairlines, chips, etc, and the coloring on the design, the ’15′, and oval and lettering was rich. What would you say that would be worth? Thanks. Chris
Answer: Chris, the value on a sharp Red Wing 15 gallon with a double set of birch leaves would be in the area of $250. Al Kohlman
