Question:
We have a redwing crock selling at public auction on August 29, 2010 in Baker, Montana . Can you describe to me the name of this crock in the center with the blue 2? I have seen some called a "target" or bee hive? Thank you again. J.K.

 

Answer: J.K. the crock in the center would be called a 2 gallon Lazy 8 with target. The line above the target should look more like the number 8 laid sideways. However, it did not come out that way. This crock was most likely manufactured by the Minnesota Stoneware Company, in Red Wing, MN. Al Kohlman
