Hi Al, Question on ice/water cooler lids. You see alot of them w/the lid notched for a ladel. How much does this affect the price of the lid? I wouldn’t think that anyone would be currently doing this, so I didn’t know if it being original to the time, if it affected it that much. Answer: Darrell, on Red Wing water cooler or ice water lids which have been notched out for a ladle the value is almost shattered. A mint water 5 gallon water cooler lid with nice markings as a value around $350. That same lid with a notch out of it for a ladle you would be lucky to get $75 to $100 for it. Al Kohlman
