Hello, I aquired this 30 gallon crock from my inlaws and there is no markings on it except for 4 birch leaves and the 30 gal marking. very good condition except for a chip on the handle. can anyone tell me who made this or point me in the right direction? thanks Ryan

Answer: Ryan, your 30 gallon birch leaf crock was manufactured by the Minnesota Stoneware Company in Red Wing, Minnesota between 1895 & 1906. Nice looking and well marked crock. Al Kohlman
