Hi Al, Our friend has this signed shoulder jug with advertising. Guessing salt glazed. She is planning on selling it but has no idea of value or rarity to help set a price. Overall the jug is in good condition. Has one very small chip on the inside rim of the spout as shown in the photo Any info would be very much appreciated. Thanks, Mark

Answer: Mark, salt glazed advertising jugs which are bottom signed are quite tough to find and demand a high value. With what I see here the value will be between $1100 & $1300. Very nice piece. Al Kohlman
