i recently purchased a red wing 5 gal. jug. i probably paid to much for it ($60) but i am wondering what the value is on it and what approximater year it was made? it is in mint condition. there are not crack, chips, or hairlines at all. the inside is also very clean. whomever had it took very good care of it. any help would be appreciated. thank you, laura

Answer: Laura, what you paid is about right for this 5 gallon Red Wing shoulder jug. Your jug was manufactured between 1917 & 1930. Al Kohlman
