Question:
I recently picked up these pots from a house sale. Can you give my any info on them. The 12 gal redwing crock is free of chips, cracks, both the wood handles are intact. The smaller crock, not sure if it is redwing or not-on the pics I sent you can see that on the inside of the crock there is some type of damage??? and in front there is a small spider crack about 1" long. Thanks for your time and help:)

Answer: Your 12 gallon Red Wing Crock still has the 6 inch wing, so that tells me it was manufactured right around 1915 or there abouts. Value today is between $175 & $200 in mint condition with a 6 inch wing. Your smaller crock is not Red Wing and therefore, I just have no idea of it’s value or manufacturer. Al Kohlman
