Question:
Hi Al, I purchased this stoneware jug today and was wondering with your expertise if you can help me identify it – no chips or cracks – the person I bought it from said it came from the Ozarks – only mark I can see on it is the letter D. Thank you in advance for your consideration Dan

Answer: Dan, I cannot tell you who the manufacture was, but I am quite sure it is not a Red Wing jug. Coming from the Ozarks it is most likely a southern pottery manufacturer who produced this jug. Sorry I was not of further help. Al Kohlman
