I work for an Excavating Company in a small town in Kansas. Recently we were doing some digging in Topeka,Kansas a few blocks from the capital building. As we were digging I found a jug that looks like the advertising jugs. The only difference is that it is all white and the only markings on it are on the bottom, were it has been stamped into the clay its self. it is i believe a 1/2 gallon jug, and does say that it is from Red Wing Minn. from Minnesota stoneware company. Answer: Blane, you found what is referred to as a White Minnesota Standard Shoulder jug. In mint condition and signed on the bottom, it’s value is $45 to $65. Al Kohlman
