Question:
My parents have two Red Wing "tubs". One has a 10 and the other had a 5 on it. There is one wing on each that is brownish/red. It also says Red Wing Union Stonewear. The handles are metal and wood on one and rope on the other. They are my parent’s so I do not have a picture but can get one the next time I go home which is next weekend. If you have any information for me that would be great! Thanks, Janice

Answer: Janice, your Red Wing 5 and 10 gallon crocks were produced between 1915 & 1947. Date depends on the size of the wing that is on them. A photo would help me out. The 5 gallon in perfect condition would have a value between $70 & $125. the 10′s value between $90 & $150. All depends on condition, size of wing, how sharp the decorations and beauty of the crock.
