Question:
Hey there–I have a dinner setting for 8 of the Lotus Concord 1941 that are in very good condition. The set includes dinner/salad/soup/coffee and a platter. Can you give me a rough estimate of worth Thanks. JB
Answer:
While Red Wing dinnerware books imply the Lotus pattern was made in 1941, it was actually introduced in the late 1940s and remained in production until 1957. As for your set, I am not sure what is meant by "coffee" in your description but for the purpose of providing an estimate will assume it represents a standard teacup and saucer. The value of this set would be around $200 to $250 if all pieces are in excellent, undamaged condition.
