Question:
It is perhaps slightly chipped and patched on the bottom, on the inside of the ridge. You can see scratches in the glaze where someone tried to smooth-out the patch. Otherwise it’s flawless. The mark on the bottom is 1259 Red Wing USA. Date? Number manufactured? Value?
Answer: hello, It’s a fairly common shape, produced in the mid 40′s. Value with damage around 10.00 or so. thanks, steve n rose
