Hello, I acquired this pitcher recently and would like to know more about it. I saw a similar one on eBay that was yellow, but that seller didn’t know anything other than what the bottom read either. It is about 10.5" tall. The handle looks like a dragon-like creatue. The outside is a light brown color and the inside is a glossy avocado green. The bottom reads RED WING USA 220. I see no chips, cracks, crazing, etc. Any information about date and value would be appreciated.

Answer: This item is from around 1953, the glaze is called Travertine. Value is around 50.00 or so. Hope this helps, thanks, steve n rose
